Scrap U Crops
This half-day event, usually held on Sundays from 12–6 p.m., is perfect for card makers or busy crafters who want a quick creative escape.
What’s included:
- A make-n-take or mini technique class
- Door prizes throughout the day
- A grand prize giveaway at the end
Cost: $25 (FREE for Scrap U Craft Club members)
Everyone is welcome!
Exclusively for Scrap U Craft Club members, this crop runs on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Bring your own supplies and spend the day crafting your way.
What’s included:
- Table gift
- Door prizes
- Grand prize

A full weekend of crafting and connection! Whether you're coming with friends or meeting new ones, it's the ultimate crafty getaway—no travel required.
Crop Hours:
- Friday: 5 p.m. – Midnight
- Saturday: 9 a.m. – Midnight
- Sunday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
What’s included:
- A 6-foot table just for you with a comfy rolling chair, great lighting, power, and Wi-Fi
- Table gifts, door prizes, and grand prizes on Saturday & Sunday
Cost:
- Full Weekend: $85
- Friday Only: $20
- Saturday Only: $50
- Sunday Only: $40

Scrap U Retreats
Need a real getaway? Our crafting retreats are hosted off-site (currently in Virginia Beach and Richmond) for the ultimate creative escape.
Starts Thursday at 11 a.m.
Ends Sunday at midnight

- Tons of prizes, optional classes, challenges, and make-n-takes
On-site vendors for all your crafty shopping needs Whether you’re all about socializing and games or prefer to pop in earbuds and focus, these events are for YOU.

Vision Board Play Day!
Let’s cut, paste, dream, and PLAY! Join us at Scrap U for a Vision Board Play Date, where creativity meets intention in the most fun way possible.
This is an open-play style gathering designed for makers, dreamers, and anyone who loves getting crafty. Flip through magazines, layer paper, add words, images, and embellishments, and create a vision board that reflects you — your goals, hopes, and all the good things ahead. Event is open to members and non-members.
Bring your own board and supplies.

Join a community of like-minded women as we come together to pray, reflect, and creatively connect with God’s Word through coloring and journaling.
